These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InsuraFAQ (the “Site”), operated by KJS Media Inc. (“KJS Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Educational content; not insurance advice

The Site provides general educational information about insurance. It is not insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice, and it does not create an insurance producer, broker, agent, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. Coverage, pricing, eligibility, availability, and policy terms are determined by the applicable insurance company, producer, and policy documents—not by Site content.

Insurance requests

The Site may allow you to submit information to request insurance information, quotes, or connections to insurance-related options. By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You authorize KJS Media to process and transmit your request to a marketplace and recipients that may evaluate your request or provide insurance-related options, subject to the disclosures and consents presented with your request.

Submission does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be contacted, qualify for coverage, receive a particular price, or be matched with any specific recipient. Any quote, offer, coverage decision, or communication is made by the recipient that provides it and is subject to its own terms, underwriting, licensing, and applicable law.

Calls, texts, and emails

If you provide contact information and submit an insurance request, you may receive communications related to that request as described in the disclosure and consent presented with the request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may use the opt-out instructions in a message to stop future marketing communications from the sender.

Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, use automated means to access the Site without permission, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KJS MEDIA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED THROUGH IT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KJS Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or information you submit through the Site.

Governing law
