Health plan cost comparison

Compare two plans using your monthly premiums and covered in-network out-of-pocket maximums for the same coverage year and people.

Plan A
Plan B

How this comparison works

Annual premium is the monthly premium multiplied by 12. The maximum scenario adds that annual premium to the covered in-network out-of-pocket maximum, assuming you reach that limit during the year.

This is not an estimate of expected costs, a quote, or a recommendation. Premiums, out-of-network care and non-covered services generally do not count toward the maximum. Other exclusions and plan-specific rules apply; not all spending counts. Check each plan's benefits, network, prescriptions, individual and family limits, and coverage period.
